Unique Student Identifier (USI)
A USI is a reference number made up of numbers and letters (a bit like your tax file number) and will stay with you for life. Your USI will be recorded against the details of any nationally recognised training you undertake from 1 January, 2015 and will link to an online account that will contain all your training records and results (transcripts) that you complete from 1 January, 2015 onwards.

Identification for first aid training
It is a requirement of our first aid training partners that you provide photo identification at the commencement of training. This requirement is to ensure that you are the person noted on the attendance sheet and being awarded the qualification. Please ensure you have identification with you when attending as failure to produce this may mean that you are unable to undertake training.
Dress standards for training
Please make sure that you take note of the PPE & PPC requirements for your course and, if you have any questions, please contact PTSWA for clarification. We are an operational training site so the minimum standard is long pants, long sleeve shirt and flat closed-in shoes. Students will be turned away from training if they do not have appropriate clothing on the day and full training charges will be applied.
