Create new student profile

If you are a company external to Western Power please ensure you have a Corporate Pass for billing purposes before completing this form, then complete one form for each NEW student you wish to add to our system. To apply for a Corporate Pass please visit the Corporate Pass page on this website.

Requests will be processed daily, Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.00pm. If you have an urgent enrolment requirement, please contact PTS Reception on 9411 7888.

A confirmation email will be forwarded once your student profile has been created.

If you do not currently have a Unique Student Identifier (USI), please visit the USI website for instructions on how to apply. Please do not re-apply if you already have one.

Note regarding email address:

Western Power employees: Must be the student’s Western Power email address
External company: The same email address must be used each time you enrol a student, so we suggest using a central email or mailbox if available.
