This module is a 5 hour facilitator led workshop that provides information to leaders on how to address psychological health risks under the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all persons at Western Power.

Learning Outcomes
As a result of attending this course participants should be able to:
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of a safety leader and how they apply to psychological hazards
- Be able to identify psychological hazards
- Be able to assess the associated risks
- Understand the importance of reducing and controlling these risks
- Apply SHE Risk Management Process methodologies and tools in your role and work area
PPE/PPC & Equipment Requirements
PTSWA training room standards apply:
- smart casual attire (no shorts)
- enclosed footwear
