Change has become a constant part of modern day business. Our Business Strategy and Vision also reflect the need to deliver on the changing energy needs of Western Australians. This program is designed to support employees to understand and manage their reactions to change.

Learning Outcomes
As a result of attending this course participants should be able to:
- Understand that change is a personal experience that looks different for different people.
- Know the three key phases that people move through as they come to terms with change.
- Build awareness of common reactions to change.
- Explore the roles of ‘control’ and ‘influence’ in responding effectively to change.
- Identify behaviours reflective of personal accountability necessary to constructively navigate change.
- Explore the relationship between pressure and performance during change.
- Learn how to identify signs of stress and employ intentional coping strategies.

Please note: There will be no catering provided for any of these sessions. You can bring your own food and refreshments to any session, there are kitchen facilities at all sites. For those attending sessions at Perth office food and refreshments can be purchased from the Mercato Cafe. For those attending a session at Prinsep Road, Jandakot depot you will be able to purchase food and coffee from vans that attend the site.
