(HR) P6 basics

This 2 1/2 hour course is designed to provide new users of Primavera P6 with knowledge and skills required to develop a basic schedule.

Who Should Attend

All Western Power employees and fixed term contractors requiring the skills to develop a basic schedule.

Prerequisites

Project Managers must have completed Induction for Project Managers
Oracle primavera portfolio management (OPPM) – new user

Learning Outcomes

As a result of attending this course participants will be able to:

Understand basic schedule development concepts
Navigate key feaures of P6
Use P6 to develop a work breakdown structure (WBS)
Create, sequence activities and summarise a project schedule
