(HR) Ariba - invoice approver - new user

This 1.5 hour online course aims to educate attendees on the Ariba Procure to Pay module including basic navigation, setting preferences and approval of invoices.

Who Should Attend
Western Power employees or embedded / fixed term contractors who are required to approve payment of invoices as part of their role at Western Power.
In addition to this training, Ariba Purchase Requisitioner New User training is also being offered for individuals who create Purchase Requisitions in Ariba.
Prerequisites
- basic computer skills and knowledge of the Ariba P2P process.
- previous completion of Ariba P2P e-Learning modules would be an advantage. Refer to the Ariba P2P page in Busbar
Note: This course is not a general purchasing course, but focuses specifically on how to purchase using the Ariba network.
